• Project: Construction of Tripoli Third Ring Road (Bridges Section)

o Overseeing construction of Interchange 13 (IC 13), the largest bridge section of the project, from excavation to completion of columns and cross beams.
o Managed quality control procedures for precast pre-stressed beams and post-tension box section bridges used in IC 13.
o Provided technical support and ensured adherence to project specifications and international quality standards.

Construction of Maspero station which considered one of the underground stations of the line 3 phase 3 of the Greater Cairo metro whith all its construction phases as a QA/QC Engineer since Mar.2018 till April 2021.
Maspero station consist of 5 Levels (Raft, Platform, Intermediate, Ticket and roof slab.
The station was constructed on 3600 m2 and was constructed by Egyptain French joint venture (VINCI, BOUYGUES, Orascom construction and Arab contractors) for the National Authority for tunnels (NAT) under supervision of SYSTRA Consultant.
This project enhaced my experience in the following fields:
1- Diaphragm wall construction.
2- Secant piles.
3- construction of the station slabs using up to down method (Roof, Ticket, intermediate
Raft and platform slabs).
4- Raft slab water tightness system.
5- Metro stations finishing works including Floors, walls and ceilings.

Construction of New Al-Alamien beach towers (NUCA Towers) within th
finishing works stage as a Senior QA/QC Engineer since May.2021 till now.
NUCA Towers consist of 4 towers and its podium
This project enhanced my experience in the following fields:
1- Masorny and plastering works.
2- Floor finishing: Ceramic tiles, Porcelain, marble, epoxy painting …etc.
3- Wall finishing: Aclyric painting, Epoxy painting …etc.
4- Aluminum cladding: Curtain walls, wall cladding, fiber cement board ..etc.
5- Ceiling finishing: Aclyric painting, False ceiling …etc.

Working in Overpass "K" which connect EL Maliya Tunnels and Kudai Bus station, and goes over Ajyad Sreet, there was a ramp connecting Ajyad street and Overpass K.
This Bridge consist of two separate traffic directions 100m length each and the ramp length around 70m.



Overpass "K" is one of post tension Box section bridges which enhance my experience in the following:
1- Working under stress of rapid projects.
2- Excavation works and utilities relocation.
3- Heavy reinforced concrete works.
4- Coordinate with other trades (MEP, Survey, Transportation, … etc).
5- Installation of Post tension strands and its accessories.
6- Stressing of the post tension strands.
7- Installation of pre-cast parapet.
8- Temporary steel structure which goes over Ajyad street as alternative solution to prevent closing Ajyad street by scafolding.
9- Finishing Works (Asphalt, interlock, curb stones)
