Direct IT projects and technical activities across multiple project sites.

recovery plans (DRP), Tape Libraries and SAN hardware.
Provide senior-level technical consultations and support to Systems & Testing Departments on all IT and
networking issues. Review network layouts, resolve equipment redundancies, and improve network
reliability and flexibility.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT group including downtime, reporting service levels, defining
and tracking IT operational metrics and provide status to management
Define procedures in the wide range of technologies: Server platform, Operating Systems, Virtualization
platform etc.
Develop and maintain overall backup and recovery strategy (Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity)
IT Infrastructure and Technical Support
Maintains, monitors, and supports the infrastructure environment.
Review solution designs and ensure adherence to the infrastructure guidelines.
Provide Level 2 support for production connectivity issues and identify improvement areas.
Document the design, operation and troubleshooting of technology platforms and procedures.
Manage, maintain, and implement systems and network.
* Microsoft Services (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, File Server, Print Server, RADUIS, WDS, WSUS,
VPN).
* Linux Services (IPTABLE, VPN, SQUID Proxy, Round cube Mail).
