* Performs all structural engineering work related to the project from initial planning of structural system(s) through detailed design and construction administration related to the structural system utilized.
- Perform structural design and analysis calculations using governing codes and standards, engineering formulas,
- Provide drawing for own designs and produce sketches to incorporate in drawings by Designers/Drafters.
- Coordinate work with other disciplines such as architectural, mechanical, electrical
- Use computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to prepare engineering design documents..
- Compute load and grade requirements, water flow rates, and material stress factors to determine design specifications.
- Direct or participate in surveying to lay out installations and establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide construction.
