Operational Excellence

• Manage payroll hours and controllable expenses including O.T.
• Make recommendations to Store Manager on how to leverage expenses, increase sales and maximize service.

• Manage stock around seasonality of products, sales, and services.
• Ensure 100% execution of Store Bulletin and ensure any changes to company policy or procedure are communicated to the staff in timely manner.

• Advise Store Manager of potential security risks and major shrink issues.
• Ensure that the store environment is safe for employees and customers.
• Detect common signs of shoplifting, theft and other security risks and promptly communicated to loss prevention.

Merchandising and good housekeeping
• Use Category Daily Check list to ensure Compliance Company’s OS.
• Perform store walk to ensure 100% readiness before opening
• Ensure understanding and compliance throughout the store of all merchandising programs, VM guidelines and OS.
• Ensure each and every item and display has a price, NO missing shelf label/signage.
• Ensure Section recovery process takes place before store closing.
• Ensure stockroom standard is maintained as per company’s OS.

Customer Service
• Ensure that sales team understands that customer satisfaction is top priority.
• Ensure that sales team demonstrates superior Customer Service on the sales floor.
