•Creating analysis report for the position of the liabilities and analyze the balance position and age
•Prepare, manage and improve accounting & reporting processes and activities.
•Ensure closing of monthly/ quarterly (audited)/ annual (audited) balance sheets, P&L accounts and other financial statements as per the timelines issued with accuracy and efficiency .
•Consolidate Affiliated accounts with our subsidiaries.

Creating Financial report for the supply Chain Department
•Recommending order plans based on the forecast and the actual sales and stock coverage
•Analyze the stock position and the coverage to avoid any shortage or over stocking
•Analyze the financial position for the department and creating the budget analysis
•Analyze supplier position and performance and provide the management with their OTIF (On Time in Full) status
•Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data.

Maintaining financial records and issuing purchasing requests for the administration
•Controlling and handling petty cash allowance for the administration
•Receiving and handling banks statements and banks correspondences to assure accuracy with our records
•Controlling and issuing entrance and exit permission for sub construction companies
•Controlling and issuing authorization cards for employees
•Maintaining and updating records of the company's labors
•Coordinates daily activities. Determines which information requires immediate attention of the executive, and delegates or refers other matters to various staff and departments

Providing the costumer with the best insurance coverage
•Finding the best coverage needed for the client
•Finding the best investment plan for the client
•Marketing the company's insurance plans
•Planning the sales and marketing strategies

Auditing daily sales for Beano's café
•Preparing reports for the financial and the marketing departments
•Supervising the monthly inventory of Beano's cafés branches
•Auditing the monthly sales of "On the run" branches
•Supervising the daily reports of Beano's café
