First: Costing
1 - Close production orders on a regular basis on the Oracle ERP system.
2 - Prepare weekly reports to the Chairman of the Board of Directors and which specializes analyze the change in the cost of each batch of the company products (Veterinary, Human, agricultural pesticides) with an indication of the cause of the change in the cost
3 - Prepare weekly report of the Chairman of the Board of Directors, which handles procurement, whether local or foreign.
4 - Prepare weekly report of the Chairman of the Board of Directors which specializing raw materials and the outgoing packaging materials for production
5 - Correction of errors that affect the cost, if any,
6 - Pricing the cost of forced labor for the new products required to be recorded at the Ministry of Health after obtaining declaration approved by the research and development department
7 - Calculate the expected cost to any other preparations before starting the registration procedures or buy raw materials to show the extent of the expected profitability
8 - Insert of fixed assets on the Oracle ERP system and calculate depreciation on a regular basis after reviewing documents
9 - Prepare the entry exclusion of the sale of fixed assets
This is in addition to any business or other tasks related to the costs required by the Chief Financial Officer or Chairman of the Board of Directors
Second: Warehouses
1 - Prepare the entry of any restrictions concerning settlement company stores
2 - Do a regular inventory
3 - Action inventory adjustments after the completion of the annual inventory on the Oracle ERP system
4 - Transfer the opening balances on the Oracle ERP system into the new fiscal year
This is in addition to any business or other tasks concerning Stores request by Chief Financial Officer or Chairman of the Board of Directors
Third: Lc’s
1. Review, enter the letters and credits for both raw materials or spare parts or fixed assets
2. Analysis of the expense of external suppliers of materials, fixed assets or spare parts
