Develop and maintain plant asset management strategy.
- Develop and maintain equipment reliability strategy.
- Implement reliability threats and opportunities prioritization process.
- Lead reliability triggered RCA’s.
- Evaluate MRO spares for effectiveness & optimize critical spares.

-Participates in a team for the technical design and study capital improvements to meet plant objectives. -Provides support to engineering staff and performs engineering tasks. -Participates in process hazard studies (PHA, FMEA) to identify potential safety issues and provide technical solutions. -Participates in refinement of engineering systems and processes. -Creates action plans that ensure the accomplishment of responsibilities. -Monitors progress continuously and adjusts tactics for handling situations on a case by case basis. -Condition monitoring of critical equipment using vibration analysis.
-Review and write Preventive Maintenance tasks for critical rotating equipment. -Facilitate and participate RCA meetings to identify and correct the root causes of failures. -Create, review, and study data base for critical equipment to identify and prevent any repetitive failure. -Review criticality ranking based on risk based matrix.
