-Preparing pricing calculations & strategies including vehicles pricing, parts pricing & incentive programs pricing & reports.
-Preparing P&L Reports analysis on a monthly basis for CKD vehicles, CBU vehicles& parts.
-Preparing cost analysis reports on a monthly basis including G&A analysis per cost center and per cost item and comparing it to budgeted figures and reporting
any variances to management.
-Preparing & analyzing Financial results & non-Operating items including bank interests and FX Gain/Loss, also tracking of provsions and accruals.
-Preparing compliance control activities report on a monthly & quarterly basis and reproting any findings to management.
-Preparing the company’s annual opperative Plan for vehicles, after sales services, detailed projections of G&A, financial results estimates and non operating expenses.
-Prepare monthly unit costing reports of different products.
-Update the quarterly debt balances and financial ratios reports.
-Prepare intercompany transactions and reconciliation, monitoring intercompany activities.
-Prepare quarterly Actual Vs. Budget Reports by business sector in order to be able to analyze variances and deviations and recommend any corrective actions to Top Management.
-Assist in preparing a 3 year business plan for the group through OGSM Module in cooperation with commercial managers, production managers, business development managers and financial accountants.
-Issue quarterly operation review reports to external international parties and shareholders which describes the country conditions, the company achievements, the company position in terms of its size in the market, competitors, and financials and show variances compared with budget.
-Prepare Accounts Receivables days on hand report.
-Prepare monthly consolidated Income Statement for the Group.
-Analyze monthly Sales breakdown for each product individually.
- Analyze consolidated sales and expenses for the group.
- Assist in preparing quarterly and annually consolidated financial statements for the group.
-Assist in composing the yearly consolidated group budget by receiving the budget estimates from all the departments of the organization and critically examining them for correctness, accuracy and completeness, suggesting suitable amendments.
-Prepare ad-hoc reports upon request by the Director of Finance and top management.
-Organize and maintain accounting records in accordance with different types of reports.
-Issue checks and bank draft.
-Receive checks and deposit in the accounts of the company's banks.
-Prepare a daily report on the accounts of the company's banks and the work of the settlement of balances.
-Implement internal and external transfers.
-Bank reconciliation of each month.
-Prepare a progress report for each project.
-Prepare ad-hoc reports as requested by the General manager
