Currently acting as a Training Manager at Al Sayer Group, Human Resources division, Learning & Development department, where I have the following responsibilities:
•Managing a team of specialists & coordinators
•Establishing Training Function across all remits of Al Sayer
•Developing Competency dictionary to be used for all Al Sayer employees
•Designing Training library in accordance with competency dictionary for all employee levels
•Conducting & implementing T.N.A across all Al Sayer divisions
•Designing Leadership training courses for Al Sayer senior management
•Delivering training to all Al Sayer employees for all levels in accordance with training needs & employee development programs
•Developing training solutions with Talent Management Department, for employee development & competency enhancement
•Developing Employee Engagement strategies to maximize the capacity of our workforce
•Designing employee surveys & using metrics to assess human capital effectiveness
•Implementing Performance Management initiatives through performance appraisals, moderations, assessments, HiPO, matrices, etc.
•Building Managerial & Supervisory learning tracks for Personal Development Plans
•Building Management Scenario Trainings for specific situational analysis needs
•Working on Learning Ladder initiatives by developing trainings, assessments, etc.
•Supporting the implementation of S.A.P. ERP system as well as Success Factors LMS system
•Analyzing training gaps in our Customer Interfacing Assessments and creating plans of action
•Acting as one of the Competency Enhancement Center Assessors for senior positions within Al Sayer
•Supporting the Competency Enhancement Center and Talent Development Department during assessments & feedback sessions
•Initiating & launching "Extra Mile" campaign along with employee contests across all remits
•Developing an E-Library of training courses that can be accessible for employees at all times
•Carrying out post course evaluations & post training reports
•Overseeing section budgeting & forecasting
Acted as a Regional Training Officer at Al Shaya, Human Resources division, Training & Development department, where I had the following responsibilities:
•Deliver core training programs within their assigned units on a daily basis
•Conduct on the job training as well as field coaching
•Utilizing Training Needs Analysis to uncover opportunities of growth and improvement
•Develop training programs as per organizational needs that effectively utilize resources and minimize costs
•Preparing & Delivering Soft Skills Training including Leadership, Communication, Coaching, etc
•Conduct, develop & implement T.N.A across all divisions & brands of Al Shaya
•Responsible for training all Kuwaiti Graduates in the Al Shaya Kuwaitization program
•Carry out post course evaluation & offer quality data for post training reports
•Successfully trained 3 different taskforces for store openings in Iraq, Jordan, & Bahrain
•Responsible for designing, developing, & training leaders & specialists within Al Shaya
•Successfully inducted 3000+ employees in the Kuwait market as part of the phase 3 initiative
•Leading the implementation of Oracle Learning Management System throughout the organization
•Developing Merchandising programs to enhance & develop the merchandising team
Acted as a Training Manager at The Sultan Center (TSC), Human Resources division, Training & Development department, where I had the following responsibilities:
•Conducting training needs analysis across various divisions of TSC
•Developing new training programs to fulfill organizational training needs
•Managing and delivering training courses and sessions to new & existing employees
•Preparing & Delivering Soft Skills Training including Leadership, Communication, Coaching, etc
•Supervising and managing a team of training specialists
•Arranging for training sessions, including preparation of training materials, presentations, visual aids and confirming training schedules & logistics
•Tracking employee progress and performance improvement across various training programs
•Delivering customized training to TSC Senior Management
•Directing & leading various teams to set operational objectives & meet deadlines
•Implementing & overseeing transformation to a shared service structure
•Member of Change Management team leading organizational transformation
•Researching & implementing new initiatives such as Six Sigma and Balanced Scorecard

•Attended corporate training, delivered by international HR consultants, in the areas of: o Training Needs Analysis o Promotional and Visual Merchandising
Bachelor of Commerce Degree with a Double Major in Business Management & Human Resource Management
