Having overall accountability for growing the sales and profitability throughout each of the 18 shops. Managing the teams to deliver KPI's and compliance throughout the operation, as well as delivering excellent standards of customer service.

- driving and maximizing the sales and profitability of the stores to achieve growth,
- monitoring and review staff and stores performance on a regular basis,
- leading by example in all aspects of the role,
- recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff,
- ensuring profit targets are achieved, margins maintained, expenses are controlled,
- submitted daily reports and store operations to the store manager and assumed his role when he is away,
-monitoring and analyzing the brands and competitors performance to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
