Providing legal consultations, reviewing and drafting contracts, writing legal memos, carrying out legal works according to labor law, following up laws and decisions related to the work of the institution.
Build HRI for all employees, Set the procedure of recruiting, job analysis & job description, conducting job interviews & selection, providing the job offers according to job title and salary scale, drafting work contracts, follow- up procedures for residency for employees, following up attendance and leaving, preparing salaries, annual leave schedule, conducting investigations, drafting termination letter, calculating end of service benefits.
Drafting the administrative decisions organizing the work, the list of work schedules, the list of violations, carrying out the investigation work and following up the application of the labor law, writing the legal memo for issues in the light of the new labor law.
Responsibilities: Assist in administrative work, coordinate with the bodies related to the work of the institution, printing external letters, sending internal mail, organizing files.
Administrative actions to file a lawsuit, Attendance in cases before the prosecution.
