Achievement: By the end of 2023, I've successfully directly recruited and onboarded 79 staff (Local and overseas / clinical and non-clinical). Responsibilities
• Managed the recruitment process including job postings, Sourcing, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding for all vacancies within the hospital (clinical / non-clinical)
• Built solid and updated talent pool across the world for our major and sub-major roles
• Dealing with number of recruitment agencies.
• Draft job requisitions, requirements, specifications and needs
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and relevant employment laws.
• Attend and conduct manpower planning meetings with HODs to specify their needs
• Prepare all necessary documents for the MOH License process including making sure local clinical candidates have their NOC before onboarding
• Assist in the creation of job descriptions and specific requisition specifications.
• Manage and organize orientation for new staff and ensure that they are fully aware about the hospital's policies and procedures
