Manage the facility management P&L, ensuring the achievement of all revenue and profit targets
Expand the business by developing relationship with existing and potential clients

Setting the target Service Level Agreements and related KPIs
Evaluating performance against defined standards; coaches and assists the department team members in improving their performance
Responsible of the Supply, Demand and Customer Service operations
Leading the restructuring and the development of the Customer Service organization
Providing and auditing the customer service training
Develop, implement and maintain a loyalty program
Develop and maintain CRM system
