Recruitment of employees under various disciplines.
Capable to undertake inductions and orientation for all new hires.
Optimizing the resource utilization by proper planning and prioritizing the jobs.
Coordinating with different stake holders like HR and finance control department for allocation of funds according to the credits and debits.
Reviewed, resolved, validated and quality reviewed the discrepancies of the CRF’s
Lead a team size of 4 Biotechnologists & 15 DE’s and anchoring end to end tasks between the Management & the clients.
Interacting with various study leads across the world for the development of the studies.
Planning and scheduling of manpower and the various Operational activities, optimizing resources and ensuring meeting of all time schedules.
Relationship management with clients, internal functional teams, DE dept, CDC dept. & with QR dept. for ensuring smooth execution of the projects.
Preparation of Analysis reports, weekly metrics, study update reports, monthly reports etc.
Key Responsibilities:-
Clients: 1. Discussion about project development with the clients abroad, UK & US.
Resource allocation plans.
Assuring Quality / Authentication of the reports.
Training: 1. Imparting periodical training to CDC’s / DE’s about the study and the database.
2. Training for Quality reviews.
Innovation: 1. Forecasting the database lock schedules and planning accordingly in co-ordination with DE’s, CDC’s & QR’s.
COURSES & RESEARCH Well versed and good knowledge in Biochemistry and Biomolecules, Molecular Cell Biology, Microbiology, Microbial Bioprocess Technology, Immunology, Pharmacology, Biophysics, Biostatistics and Computer Application, Plant & Animal Cell Biotechnology. Plant Diversity- Algae, Fungi, Bacteria, Virus, Cell and Molecular Biology, Genetics, Ecology, Pathology, Physiology, Biochemistry and Geography. Few relevant techniques proficient in - DNA extraction, Transformation, Electrophoresis, Restriction digestion, rDNA techniques, Culture techniques, Protein purification, estimation, Structure analysis, Enzyme purification & assay, Polymerase chain reaction (PCR), Chromatography, Blotting, Nucleic acid isolation techniques, Cell disruption techniques, Immunoassay, Tissue culture, Tissue engineering, Spectrophotometry.
