Recruitment

• Job Analysis and Job Evaluation.
• Liaising with Managers to establish their recruitment requirements ensuring all recruitment is in line with budget and forecasted levels of business. Follow up with Managers during all stages of the recruitment process, keeping them informed of progress and ensuring that HR is aware of all actions.
• Source CV’s for different requirements using different platforms.
• Screen CV’s against job descriptions requirements.
• Use innovation methods of sourcing profiles.
• Co ordinate and Conduct interviews for Shortlisted Candidates.
• Headhunting and mapping.
• Pre-employment screening including references, identity and checks.
• Offer Negotiation / Offer letter preparation.
• Conducting Salary Survey.
• To ensure reference checks are conducted for all staff and records of such references are kept on file in accordance with data protection legislation.
• Issuing of offer letters and employee contracts to potential employees.
• Facilitate starter paperwork and carrying out all necessary pre employment screening.
• Advertising jobs internally and externally using the appropriate media/agencies.
• Dealing with the recruitment of temporary staff by liaising with the different recruitment agencies.
• Participate in Audit Activities for Recruitment.



General HR Administration/ Co ordination:


• Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants.
• Process, verify, and maintain documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, and classifications
• Request information from previous employers, and other references in order to determine applicants' employment acceptability.
• Gather personnel records from other departments and/or employees.
• Arrange for in-house and external training activities.
• Search employee files and furnish information to authorized persons.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to human resources.
• Conduct induction / orientation program for all newly joined employees.
• Maintain employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
• Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information.
