“ELIZA” lab leader & Enzyme program owner.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Dust samples analysis and reporting:
Lead the operation team in collecting the air dust samples from the different areas and perform ELIZA analysis for the enzymes also monthly reporting the ELIZA data for the ELIZA global leader by e-mail.
• COOP sample analysis :
Perform the COOP dust enzyme sample analysis once per year and share the results with all P&G sites.
• ELIZA Lab. QC general work :
As chemicals and soln. preparation, equipment's calibration and chemicals tracking& labeling …etc.
• Keep the ELIZA lab. Documentation updated on daily bases.
• Get no major observation in the safety and quality audit for “ELIZA” lab.
• Lead the analysts team in the enzyme program.
• Prepare the control enzyme sample on daily bases.
• Review the enzyme data on QW and enzyme sheet on weekly bases.
• Analyze the enzyme COOP sample and share its results with all P&G sites globally.
• Calibrate the enzyme analyzer every 6 months.
• Keep the enzyme data documentation updated on time
• Get no major observation in the safety and quality audit for main lab.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Finish product release.
• Batch record review and confirm the QC data (Production envelopes) FP release on SAP
• Keep all standard documents (formula card, hold and release requests, etc.)
• Microbiology analysis for finish product and raw materials
• Train the new stuff on QC Laboratory skills.

• FP Precision Ratio (PR)

• Apply “Lab. Control system”.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Finish product release:
• Batch record review and confirmation the QC data (Production envelopes) FP release on SAP
• Keep all standard documents (formula card, hold and release requests, etc.)
• Raw & Packing material QC analysis and documentation.
• Raw & Packing material release on SAP.
• System health audit on the operation lines once per year
• Lead the cycle of microbiology sampling and send the samples by DHL till finishing the test once per month.
