Site Engineer in addition to acting resident engineer, supervising the construction of the factually of veterinary and the educational hospital Project- Thamar University, Thamar, Yemen (USD 14 million).
The project consists of 12 Building including to 2 water tanks and 2 septic tanks.
Responsibilities Included
- Overall coordination of contractor activates and managing consultant team on site.
- Monitoring and reviewing contractor's submittals including design review and approving of shop drawing.
- Reviewing and Following up of construction program and updates.
- Arranging and attending progress meetings.
- Following up construction work progress and progress reports.

- Reviewing the designs, drawings and BOQ's as a third party quality control after being handed over by the design consultants.

- Contractor field engineer on stone water tanks, volume ranged from 1000 to 1500 m3 in 5 separated villages. Work requirements were to take the responsibility of planning, designing, contracting with the construction material suppliers and supervising the Implementations.
- The preparation of several technical studies for providing schools and water supplies for 8 villages to provide them with 8 rain harvesting tanks ranged between 1000 and 2500m3 and 1 secondary school.
Military Works Department (civil contractor), Yemen
Structural site Engineer, the Parliament new building. Supervised forming, steel reinforcement and concrete casting of the main block according to the design specifications and drawings under the supervision of the consultant representatives in the site. The block contained frames for the concrete dome, journalists strips on the second floor, concrete walls, etc.
Master degree of civil engineering, National University of Malaysia, Malaysia, 2010. All courses taken are directly related to the field of civil engineering; however, 80% of the courses are in structural engineering. On the other hand, my master degree dissertation was a comparison between the EC and the ACI 318 codes in designing high-rise buildings.
