Beside my duties as an ERP Project Manager, I:
Insure Implementing Methodology is applied for all customers.
Insure Process of Help desk is applied.
Train ERP Consultant on our implementing methodology.
Supervise my team in any technical or functional issues.
Manage clients with my team.
Follow up the collection of the customer with concerned parties.
Analyzing business/technical requirements and objectives, perform fit/gap analysis, and provide client recommendations.
• Managing a full life-cycle ERP or large scale software from a implementation technical, functional and/or organizational change management standpoint.
• Driving quality, testing and delivery methodology processes to ensure successful transition, minimizing project risk and client satisfaction.
• Managing the Communication between our team members and clients.
• Gathering Requirement from Different Departments (Finance, Inventory, Production, Purchase and Sales) to create an ERP for the Company that contains the Following Modules (Finance, Inventory, Purchasing, Sales, Production and HR).
• Facilitate and conduct trainings, presentation and workshops for Different departments’ teams in the Company.
• Install the ERP on Server and Clients in the Holding in Cairo and in the Factory in Salhiya.
• Customize the Developed ERP to match their business needs.
• Analyzing the Business needs in the Requirements, determine the best solution
• Recommend appropriate systems solutions to develop the ERP (WPF, SQL2010, Silver Light)
• Scheduling Tasks and giving estimate time of tasks.
• Lead team to Develop, test the application.

• Perform and Monitor Pear to Pear Replication.
• Create Scheduling Backups.
• Restoring Transaction backups on demand.
• Working With Team Foundation Sever.
• Design and Develop an ERP System from scratch for the company (WPF, Silverlight, and Database Replication).
• Design and Develop Packing House Management that Trace the Raw material through the manufacturer process until the finished goods, the application integrates with the ERP via API's (Windows, .net 4.0)
• Perform Pear to Pear replication between the holding company and the subsidiaries. (SQL 2010)
• Design and Develop Reports using crystal reports.

As a founder and software department manager, these was my responsibilities:
• Managing Projects that are assigned to the software department and cooperate with the design department to recruit the designer and the UI developer needed for the Project. (Using MS Project Office 2007)
• Manage team of 9 members and assign tasks to them according to the projects available.
• Best utilize the resources, according to spread sheet that was getting the time availability of each Team member.
• Tracking Team Performance, by daily reports showing tasks done in the day and comparing with the estimated tasks’ time.
• Calculating monthly revenue of the department.
• Calculating Expected revenue of the department.
• Responsible of opening new markets and getting new customers.
• Writing Proposals, demos and giving presentations for foreigner and local clients.
• Gathering business needs from the clients and help them to clearly identify their business needs.

• Translating the Clients’ business needs into detailed requirement documents aided with roughly deigns if possible.
