Leading the sales team to achieve sales target
Compile daily activity reports of the entire sales team to the brand director
Setting sales targets to Maximize sales and profitability and Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Achieve targets set by the company in relation to legal completions, Marketing Budget Spend, average selling price, sales selling overhead.
Involved in developing sales & pricing strategies. Liaising with customers & the dealer network to answer and resolve their queries.

Preparing budgets and reports concerning the operation costs of the fleet.
Managing contracts with clients and implement Sales Processes that supports Customer Satisfaction Sales Standards.

1- Achieve Personal Sales Targets & profitability
requirements.
2- Build relationships with qualified prospects.
3- Visit a minimum of 4 qualified prospects on a
daily basis.
4- Submit quotes to customers & follow up till
receiving P.O.
5- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements and
follow through to facilitate timely payment of
receivables.
6- Prepare weekly sales reports showing actual
and potential business possibilities.
7- May participate in special assignments linked to
one of the sales sectors related to Fleet Sales or
Leasing - leasing to own - Government,
Multinational Leasing, Rental Leasing or SMEs.
8- Deliver vehicles and ensure a smooth transition
to After-sales.

and generating incremental sales for Chevrolet &
Opel to an agreed annual target.

customers through direct communication
