RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supervise all cash van salesman
• Co- ordination between the management and the sales staff
• Monitor daily sales collection and distribution of salesmen
• Set route plans for the van salesmen
• Visit the customer to check product display, availability and solve the customer issues
• Make good relationship with customers & contract for display promos and sales of the specific product
• Random market visits, check salesmen routine and market visits
