- Prepare EPC project schedule updates and produce daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Coordinate activities with the data collection subcontractors
- Developing manpower histogram and project S-Curve
- Controlling execution drawings signalling, radio-telecom and energy
- Controlling and monitoring of execution Schedule.
- Preparation of Engineering, procurement & installation attachment.
- Coordination between project coordinators (Client & different construction companies)
- Team Management of 08 supervisors along the line (204 Km)
- Preparation of work progress Report.
- Controlling and monitoring of:
- Railway Civil Engineering works
- Fiber Optics installation of railway Signalling (Jointing testing and Commissioning)
- Installation of signalling cables and equipment for all facets of railway signalling project.
- Installation, Testing and Commissioning of indoor and outdoor signaling Equipments (Relay Room, Relay Racks, Relays,
