Developing a strategic plan (2022-2025) that included the vision, mission, goals, initiatives, and performance indicators. Governance of sports clubs (Al-Faisaly - Al-Fayhaa - Al-Hazm). Preparing the strategic plans for these clubs included (vision - mission - goals - initiatives - performance indicators), in addition to preparing policy and procedures manuals for various departments in the club, and we developed a governance charter for the clubs, we established the organizational structures for the clubs, and the club’s strategic plan, the executive plan, and performance indicators were prepared. I also prepared human resources plans, training and recruitment plans, and salary scales for these clubs, in addition to community participation plans and administrative communications. It trained the employees of these clubs on these guides, and provided consultations in the areas of administration and human resources for sports clubs.
We achieved advanced results in governance standards (6-7) for these clubs, and each club received 23 million SAR for (2021-2022)
Preparing training plans and programs, training packages, training needs guide, and attracting cooperating trainers. I also cooperated with the Human Resources Department in updating the policies and procedures guide, job description guide, and salary scale, preparing the annual training plan for employees, and evaluating performance.
