My duties included the following:
Preparation of Financial Statements.
Evaluation of Financial Reporting Systems.
Ensure proper implementation of Financial policies of the Group.
Preparation & Review of Financial planning and Budgets.

My Duties after establishing a finance system from scratch included the following:
Preparation of Financial Statements.
Set up Financial Reporting System.
Ensure proper implementation of Financial policies of the Group.
Preparation of Financial planning and Budgets.
Liaison with Banks, Auditors and Tax authorities.
Reporting on Key Performance Indicators .
Evaluation of New agencies & other Investment opportunities .
Set up Financial Controls.
Preparation of Cashflows.

Passed CPA Exams in May,1990 from first attempt and scored the following grades: Accounting Theory 92% Accounting Practice & Taxes 86% Auditing 90% Business Law 86%
Passed the Jordanian certification tests for certified Public Accountants from first attempt and obtained a CPA Licence No.494 category '' A''.
