Handle clearance for 150 containers average on monthly basis.
Responsible for permit management, via MOI, Industry (MIM), Commerce (MOC) and SFDA.
Saber Certificate application - Saber Exemption.
Supervisory role on clearance agent - clearance activities - manage employees from broker.
Tracking shipments and ensure documentation is done on time.
Resolve clearance issues with shipping lines, port authority and brokers.
Manage our industrial license and apply for exemptions of 3.6 million USD.
Export License MOE & MOI.
Refund for all charge of customs lab test.
Comprehensive tracking for all import & exported shipments
- Lead all supply chain and logistics operations.
- Ensure SOPs are available and valid for all processes related to the logistics & planning operations.
- Determine & update relevant KPIs for tracking processes to monitor supply chain performance.
- Interact with sales, marketing, trade, and business development to determine assumptions, latest market trends and promotional activities during monthly S&OP meeting.
- Develop demand forecasts (operational forecasts) at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of a demand planning function and update demand system to increase accuracy and improve the forecasting, supply & demand management process.
- Monitor demand plan error at all levels and analyze that root-cause and corrective actions.
- Participate in supply planning process to achieve optimum stock level in minimum cost.
- Analyze phase in & phase out marketing plans and determine the impact on the demand plan and business plan.
- Manage inventory and achieve required inventory levels at the defined inventory component level across network stocking locations to meet customer service levels.
- Address inventory imbalances and analyze that root-cause and corrective actions.
- Follow up shipments ETD, ETA and documents with customs clearance till warehouse receiving.
- Monitoring of inbound and outbound logistics in main WH and DCs to achieve required customer service level.
- Ensure implementation of FEFO during replenishment and delivery of goods to DCs and customers.
- Handle the cycle of expired goods inspection and root cause analysis until final destruction.
- Prepare documents related to Import/Export in Arabic.
- Keep Track of Customs Duty advances paid to clearing agents and reconcile against their invoices.
- Develop and maintain Work Instructions, Processes and Procedures for Logistics related activities pertaining to Supply Base and ensuring they are consistently applied.
- Arrange approvals from Customs for Temporary Imports.
- Liaise with other Government Authorities in connection with Licenses/Permits for Import/Export. (All import permit like as chemicals permit, CITC permit, MOI Permit, SFDA permit etc...).
- Knowledge in customs clearances and import/export procedures and solve all the Customs problems.

- Develop and maintain Work Instructions, Processes and Procedures for Logistics related activities pertaining to Supply Base and ensuring they are consistently applied.
- Preparing periodic reports with respect to freight logistics activities and achievements to be submitted to the logistics manager.
- Responsible for the core third party Transportation Management System, and the efficient use of the TMS and Supply Chain Management system for planning and coordinating orders for shipment of cargo from point of origin to point of destination to
ensure product meets the required delivery in the most cost efficient method.
- Being responsible for the ongoing development of the logistics strategy.
- Prepare documents related to Import/Export in Arabic.
- Keep Track of Customs Duty advances paid to clearing agents and reconcile against their invoices.
- Duty Deposits paid against Temporary Imports.
- Perform all routine administration jobs; filing, copying, organizing, following up etc.
- Arrange approvals from Customs for Temporary Imports.
- Liaise with other Government Authorities in connection with Licenses/Permits for Import/Export. (all import permit like as chemicals permit, CITC permit, MOI Permit, SFDA permit and etc..).
- Knowledge in customs clearances and import/export procedures and solve all the Customs problems.
- Prepare the necessary documentation related to brokers.
- Co-ordinate with brokers and customs for shipment release and outstanding shipments.
- Co-ordinate with OPs about the shipments arrival dates.
- Prepare the necessary documentation required for defective and/or damaged products for product returns.
- Ensure that all documentation and billing are process in a timely manner.
My ideal job would be handling data and arrangement of assignments according the highest priorities of the work, in addition to following up with current cases and much more about management issues. I do all that is required of me like import permit for all chemicals and equipment, updating and follow up all the custom problems and clearance charges coming from all designated clearing agents, receivable, preparing documents on some materials subject for shipment export as follows; shipping or commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, Reviewing all required authenticated documents from our supplier, for clearance of any incoming materials through our clearing agent (on the border), reporting monthly to the police about the Warehouse chemicals, following up Payments SABIC and Saudi Electricity Company and Saudi Armco Portal, understanding with the shipping agents if there are problems or differences and following up the SWCC for all projects for us.
I am responsible for the shipment from the receipt of the documents to be delivered to Saudi Aramco, also I following up for Aramco Portal.
I do all the special requirements of the logistics function.
In addition to managing warehouses.
For tow months ago I worked to logistic coordinator and expeditor.
My ideal job would be handling data and arrangement of assignments according the highest priorities of the work, in addition to following up with current cases and much more about management issues. I do all that is required of me like import permit for all chemicals and equipment, updating and follow up all the custom problems and clearance charges coming from all designated clearing agents. Also, All Chemicals import permit like ( Quality Laboratory of the Ministry of Commerce, Public Security, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the Ministry of Industry, the Meteorology and Environmental Protection, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, the National Commission of the Organization of chemical weapons, etc.)
I graduated from King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah on July 2003, majoring Sciences "Environmental Science" from the Department of the Environmental Science at the Faculty of Science Meteorology and Environment Protection. I had attempt to get a master's degree in business administration "Project Management" from the Arabian University in Bahrain, but did not help me in my circumstances, and when it became available I will do that again soon. I got some courses in English.
