Overseeing all elements of the procurement and supply chain management process, negotiating rates with suppliers, and contractors to ensure best value for the company on all procurement activities.
▪ Developing processes to ensure that all commercial, technical standards are followed and applied as part of the bidding and tender management process.
▪ Assuming complete responsibility of sourcing the products as per project specification both from local & overseas markets, performing negotiation and the finalization of orders, contracts with the suppliers and sub-contractors.
▪ Identifying local and international vendors for materials and services to support the EPC projects, field operations and maintenance.
▪ Handling vendor audits and development programs, maintaining long-term supplier relationships to maximize the value added and achieved purchasing efficiency in processes through cost saving, benchmarking and strategic approach
Keeping track of Company’s oil inventory of discharged crude volumes in operating countries and assisting Commercial Director in dealing with marketing related correspondence for governments. Tasks include but not limited to:
•Negotiate best deals for selling crude oil in the Caspian Sea with the highest discount rate to ensure maximized net-backs.
•Monitor and analyze energy market data through Platts /
Completely responsible in distributing invitations and attracting potential clients.
•Responsible in selling apartments in King Abdullah Economic City
Sell and lease properties in Dubai and other emirates.
•Introduced marketing schemes in UAE and Saudi to Rufi’s decision makers.
Assisted administrators, professors, and staff within the School of Business and Management; mainly the Marketing Department.
