Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s
customer base and ensure a strong presence.
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales
representatives.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with
them and understanding their needs.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the
management team.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new
products and competition status
1. Take ownership of the business plans and marketing projects, ensuring its achievement by delivering clear leadership
2. Report business forecast on a monthly basis for assigned accounts.
3. Ensure performance management for marketing and sales staff, e.g. agreeupon clear performance expectations, delivery of performance etc. (Goalsetting).
4. Implement & maintain the best practices to set the standards for excellent sales performance.
5. Analyse market opportunities, customer insights, consumer trends and market analysis to develop and implement strategies to maximize margins while increasing market share.
6. Review sales pipeline & monitor the team and individual performance
7. Compare actual current business performance to market opportunity size and creates plans to close the gap.
8. Establish & maintain contact with large enterprise and government customers/prospects with active involvement with key decision makers
9. Nurture and develop relationships with existing clients.
10. Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
11. Ensure effective communication channels are maintained with all staff.
12. Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support
13. Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
14. Communicate the value proposition of the architectural products to the sales channels and the sales tools that support the selling process of your products
15. Gather market intelligence about the industries we serve, and the architectural products we compete against in order to feed the sales channels with the best tools possible for counter-selling
