• As a corporate credit officer for the market of North Lebanon.

2000-2002: Assistant Risk Controller
• Assuring the input of credit facilities granted to clients and following up the exposures with each credit officer according to his portfolio, controlling the risk of each portfolio by preparing monthly alert comity concerning credits with regular irregularities whether in the usage of the credit or in the follow up of the legal documents, …

1996-1999: Corporate Credit Analyst
• Financial Analysis: Undertook financial analysis of corporate institutions for credit risk management. These exhaustive analysis included studies of structural, liquidity, coverage, and profitability ratios. Assessed companies’ need to borrow, measured their ability and potential to pay back, and monitored their relation with the Bank. Reports took into account clients’ history and segment in the market, their ethics and integrity, their collaterals, and their juridical status.
• Statistical Reports & L/Gs: Constituted provisions for doubtful loans with the Central Bank and reported to headquarter in Paris. Undertook several statistical reports on guarantees, mortgages, unpaid receivables, ...and monitor L/Gs.

1993-1996: Retail banking:
• Responsibilities included handling accounts of private customers.

* Due to the merger that took place between BNPPARIBAS (20%) and AL-CHARJAH BANK (80%), a new bank was created under the name of EMIRATES LEBANON BANK, starting October 2008.
