Supervising and managing all mechanical activities of Kempinski hotel construction in Congo
Brazzaville . Responsible for directing, scheduling and supervising subcontractors. Supervise the
contractor and sub-contractor personnel to ensure contractor performs all work to agreed standards
for safety, health and environment and to attaining high levels of performance.

Participated in the design of mechanical installations and systems, including coordination with
other trades, equipments election and sizing, and preparation of specifications, calculations, cost
estimates, shop drawings and other technical design documents, for the following projects:
* Consultancy Services for the Integrated Training Centre (ITC) and Parking Facility at
HamadInternational Airport (HIA), Qatar.
* Design and Build for LusailPalaces, Qatar.
* Katara Towers at Lusail - Qatar. Sub-consultants: Marcel Wanders, Amsterdam - Areen
Design, LondonDetailed design, tender documents for the 217 m high hotel consisting of
two basements, onepodium with 2 hotel towers on top, Katara hotel (5 star - 362 keys) and
Lusail hotel (six star -181 keys including 49 keys for branded apartments), 39 floors above
ground level with a totalbuilt-up area of 305, 000 m². Supervision of construction related to
the back of house package.Katara Towers achieved the GSAS 5 stars rating and is one of
the very few projects in Qatar withthis level of exceptional sustainable performance
Centralized Customs Area at the New Port Project (NPP), Qatar.
* Qatar Olympic Committee (QOC)Multipurpose Sports Hall, Qatar.
* Abraj Kudai Project, Saudi Arabia. Detailed design for a landmark multi-functional
developmentin the vicinity of Makah Holy Haram on a site area of 64, 000 m². The project
consists of a largepodium spread on the entire site, accommodating bus station, shopping
mall, restaurants, foodcourts, conference center and car-parks; 12 towers on top of the
podium varying from 30storeys to 48 storeys for residential and hotel uses; and helipads
on top of 4 towers. Total built-up area: 1.5 million m². The project comprises state-of-the-
art HVAC, plumbing and fire-fightingSystems.
