and Support).
o Leading the design process by meeting with Stakeholder, and other team
members for the client to determine business requirements.
o Training users on their customized ERP solution and preparing instructional
manuals
o Follow up the employees and analyze the company's situation.
Participating actively in implementation of insurance system (Testing, Training and Support).
o Coordinated with the IT team to provide business process improvement and then
prepare the necessary specifications. ( Pre-Project Preparation )
o Collecting data master from all department and make a clean for all data master.
o Work with all departments to understand the work and create business procurers.
o Understand our business procedure for (HR, Payroll, Project Management,
Procurement, and Financial Departments) and business procedure for the ERP
system, and make training for the employee.
o Follow the daily works in the ERP system and organize the work and help or fixed
any problem.
o Create the master data for all departments in our company.
o Work with users to identify and redefine of the processes and propose a
solution.
o Create new item and control for sales order and Invoicing and warehouse stock
for our company and for agent.
o Support Handheld Device (Upload new version and implementation how to use
handheld device for salesmen and for agents).
o E-Register Implementer; for both Student Information System and Student
Accounting System and Human Resources.
o E-Register Develper utlizing Oracle Forms & Reports 10g. ( 10 Month )
o University System Including (Student Information system, Registration).
