1-Review financial reports submitted by the sales team for new clients.
2- Ensure that the properties contracts are correctly signed by both parties.
3- Check all debtors accounts on a monthly basis
4- Refer the account to a collection agency or to the legal department to take legal action
5- Achieve the monthly cash collection targets.
6- Ensure that the appropriate telephone contact is made at the earliest stage on overdue debts.
7-Answer queries and enquiries from customers regarding their accounts
8- Ensure that payments are correctly allocated to the appropriate account and applied against the correct invoices.
9- Check reminders letters for accuracy and appropriateness before sending
1- Monthly Closing & Reporting (Revenue & Cost).
2- Balance Sheet reconciliation for related Ledgers.
3- Supervise finance team for Account Receivables & Payables.
4- Monthly presentation of AR Ageing, Collection status, suppliers Ageing, & Payment to suppliers in Board of Directors meeting.
5- Follow up with Important and major customer for their outstanding, this include reconciliation & meeting with customer if required.
6- Prepare Budget 2010& 2011 & 2012 in coordination with Accounts Directors and finalize it and present it to Finance director and CEO.
7- Represent finance department in Polices & procedures, meeting with Commercial department and other important finance related issues.
8- Coordinate with External & Internal auditors.
9- Coordinate with ERP( E Travel ) team and advise them for financial issues
1- All accounts related functions including posting JV’s, reconciliation, inventory reporting, verify payments, receipts and invoices, final accounts
2- Preparing A/R monthly ageing ledger and ensure its accuracy with the GL.
3- Tracking all monthly payments and postdated cheques.
4-Preparing monthly Balance sheet Income statements.
5- Prepare monthly account reconciliation
6- Responsible for all claims and warranty calculations and accounting.
7- Reimbursement of fleet and contributions
8- Prepare and account all international goods receipts and calculating their cost.
9- External contact with vendors, auditors
10- Analyze customers’ accounts and recommend to the finance manager the provision for bad debts
11- Auditing the sales, Inventory department.
12- Reviewing and analyzing of quarterly sales commission
13- Performing periodical inventory check for ware houses and fixed assets
1- Bank reconciliation & daily dealing with banks.
2- Monitoring currency exchange & fluctuations.
3- Pass accounting entries such as Suppliers Invoices & D. N., Cash & PDC Receipt Vouchers and ensure that all Vouchers is passed bearing the correct accounting entries.
4- Carry out first level of verification on supplier’s invoices, and ensure that they are in agreement with the purchase order and free from arithmetical errors.
5- Payables & receivables movement, Reconciliation, Ageing & Payment.
6- Responsible for all claims and warranty calculations and accounting.
7- Reimbursement of fleet and contributions
