Royal Greens Golf Course 18 Holes + 3 holes practice Range(Emaar KAEC).
Scope of work: International Standard Golf Course construction.
Project responsibilities:
Project Director, Supporting the Project manager to complete his task on Time. Generating Financial reports.
2-Project Name: MAKKAH-Governmental Complex (MOF-Ministry Of Finance).
Scope of work:Landscape (Hard-scape, Soft-scape and irrigation) Design and construction.

Project Director, Supporting the Project manager to complete his task on Time. Generating Financial reports with the project Manager and Cost controller.
3-Project Name: Industrial Valley Phase 1B (Emaar KAEC).
Scope of work:(Drainage ditch Trenching, Soft-scape and irrigation)
Project responsibilities: Project Director of in-hand delayed project due to change of design, I created a revised working schedule to meet the deadline.
General Responsibilities:
Tendering and closing deals with clients, financial support and securing reasonable bank facilities for the company, Classifying the company in the Ministry of Municipality & Rural Areas(www.contractors.momra.gov.sa). Management and full coordination between the Projects Managers to meet Budgets and deadlines.
Projects:
1- Construction of the King Fahad Medical Center VIP Building in KAAU. Jeddah.
Scope of work:Turn Key Building Project built on 2300 m2 with concrete foundation and precast cladding and high end finishing (Marble, wooden interior Cladding with complete Electromechanical works. In addition for 400Lm Access road includes security gate and road construction.
Project Responsibilities:Project Manager, Dealing with our American consultant (Flour Arabia) to assure a high quality construction.
2- Construction and renovation of KAAU Science Classrooms and Faculties.
Scope of work: Construction of 4 cooling rooms and one freezer room for the anatomy laboratory in the Medical building, girls section. And Renovation of the main Medicine Faculty.
Project Responsibilities: Project Manager
3- King Faisal university International Stadium.
Scope of Work: Construction of Volleyball, Basketball, Running Track & 2 stars Artificial Football Field.
Project Responsibilities:Project Director.
4-Renovation of King Fahad Research Center (The Theater). KAAU Jeddah.
Scope of work: Demolishing, Striping the theater Hall and replace the equisetic walls cladding, the multi-media Chairs, the entire Audio/Vedio Networks and enlarge the podium.
Project Responsibilities:Project Director, coordination between the supplier and consultant to meet the design requirements.
5- Construction of fully furnished Sports Air-conditioned Air Supported Dome covers 1800m2.
Scope of work:Demolishing, Supply and installation an air supported dome and integrating it with air-conditioning Unit.
Project Responsibilities: Project Director, Closing the deal with DUAL SPA. to install the Dome.
6- Alahli football club training Field (MONDO Artificial Grass)Jeddah.
Scope of work: Supply and installation of full Artificial Grass Football field (7000m2) with Water Guns and efficient Micro and macro drainage systems.
Project Responsibilities: Project Director, Follow up with suppliers, Traveling and inspection for the material, assuring quality of installation.
7- Royal Terminal (2) (KAAU. Jeddah).
Scope of work: Landscape and irrigation Supply and installation.
