• Handling the Portfolios of Corporate clients, with Tender Offers, RFPs, Due Diligence, LPOs.
• Comply with required regulations with respect to regulators and Legal Aspects.
• Manage different teams in a coach and team-oriented environment, and measure targets against KPI’s.
• Overseeing the process of boarding new customers and new products.
• Managing the Portfolio of Clients in order to grow up both horizontally and vertically.
• Follow up on Sales reports and measure targets against receivables ratios.
• Managing the relationship with International suppliers and oversee the supply chain.
• Identifying new retail shop outlets in different locations and following up on the competition.
• Responsible for creating a positive and united work environment among all staff.
Lead & monitor the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in operations and meeting of individual, group sales targets and supporting bank strategy and objectives.
•Manage the Portfolio of HNW Individuals and coordinating in achieving sales targets. Manage Correspondent Banking relations and limits with external Banks, and Regulators
•Devise & implement policies & procedures consisting with Bank strategy and contributing towards improved financial performance.
•Conduct periodic market research to analyze and assess market potential, tracking competitor activities for providing valuable inputs to fine-tune marketing strategies.
