Duties and Responsibilities: Optimize Administrative Processes: Manage a dynamic calendar, and meetings, appointments, workshops, and events with precision. Streamline interview scheduling and coordinate transportation and catering arrangements, enhancing overall team productivity. Foster effective communication between corporate office and facilities, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments for project continuity. Ensure timely submission of Pure Health monthly reports, adhering to defined deadlines. Compile and monitor the department budget to maximize efficiency and utilization. Respond promptly to urgent requests from the SEHA GCEO office, such as DOH circulars and updates, demonstrating agility and responsiveness. Prepare and circulate confidential memos and correspondence, and compile data for monthly chairman reports Assist in translating CEO official letters, complaints and other correspondence. Facilitate Quality Department Meetings & Committees: Organize timely and efficient department meetings, handling agenda collection, distribution of MOMs, data compilation, and sharing of quality updates. Follow up on pending actions raised by Quality Leads to drive progress and accountability. Maintain Robust Filing Systems: Oversee the office filing system, ensuring accessibility and accuracy of documents. Manage records meticulously to safeguard important and confidential correspondences, archiving and saving them regularly.
