•Be part of the Grohe Middle East, Africa and East Mediterranean marketing team, responsible for all aspects of marketing for the region, in order to deliver against the ambitious growth objectives.
•Drive and support in the business’ trade marketing capability and performance.
•Lead the coordination and execution of Grohe’s marketing activities, ensuring brand, product and promotion plans for the retail and wholesale channels, and activations for the project channel.
•Drive market demand generation by developing and delivering an effective marketing strategies; covering sell-in, sell-through & sell-out activation.
•Drive and execute the marketing plan in close cooperation with the Grohe HQ Marketing team to grow the market share, ensure optimal stock levels in the channel, and stimulate sell-out of Grohe portfolio.
•Support the creation of the marketing strategy, including trade marketing, marketing communication and end-user marketing.
•Execute campaigns for individual products and product ranges to increase the sales and promote brand awareness
•Follow up on implementation & execution of trade and end-user promotions.
•Provide high quality information and analysis on campaign results and return on investment, conduct pre & post evaluation
•Manage local agencies
•Lead the creation and delivery of marketing materials and content & ensure content is locally relevant and in line with local requirements.
•Organize marketing events for the region in coordination with PR and Communication
•Drive brand awareness
•Report on data and industry trends relating to trade categories.
•Partner with sales colleagues to strengthen customer experience and distribution in existing and new sales channels
•Expand and build the brand relationship with consumers, influencers and distribution partners
•Conduct business and competitive analysis to inform field operating decisions and to evaluate product and service mix all together with monitoring competitors and market trends
