• Supervise the performance of finance department to evaluate productivity & progress.
• Managing the cash flow by tracking transection and reviewing the internal reports and bank position.
• Controlling the credit, AR and Collection by preparing action plans.
• Controlling DSO to ensure healthy of payment, collection and cash flow cycle to meet with monthly obligations.
• Control the accuracy of account reconciliation month over month.
• Preparing the company’s budget matching with strategy and visions.

• Ensure product stock is sufficient and can cover direct demand from customers.
• Record deliveries and shipments from Dubai & America.
• Reconcile stock shipment with invoice.
• Physical verification of stock (Weekly & Monthly)
• Place orders to refill stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus.
• Key Member with ERP Team (Systems Limited) during implementation process (Microsoft Dynamic AX 2012)
• Working On ERP Software (Microsoft Dynamic AX 2012 ) on Accounts Receivable, Payable Module, Inventory Management and General Ledger
• Set-up new customers (Franchise Colleges) in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
• Ensure correct coding of all customer invoices and payments in the ERP system
• Respond to customer inquiries. Customer’s Aging Report.
• In-depth analysis of revenue of all franchise colleges (100 plus). Reconcile revenue from each campus and prepare detail work at MS excel after adjustments, rent deduction and audit objection.
• Comparison of Actual vs Expected Revenue.
• Assist in month-end financial statement close.
• Support other accounting projects/reports as necessary.
• Liaison with audit department regarding neglect of any fraud by customer.
• Bank Reconciliation. (130 Bank accounts overall Pakistan)
• Pay vendors by monitoring discount opportunities, scheduling and preparing checks, resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation. Sale Tax, Income Tax, GST, PST
• Reconcile customer statements and correct discrepancies as necessary.
• Ratio analysis regarding discount offered and discount given by franchise colleges. Analyze the difference, if then impose fine towards colleges about recovery.
• Bank Reconciliation (8 bank accounts).
• Working under the collection and recovery department.
• Keeping record of recoveries from customers.
• Attachment of these slips in registers and record the entries in book.
• Checking of all necessary steps and procedures are to be done.
• Meeting customers to fulfill their problems.
