Partially responsible for the administrative work for human resources and renewal residency (HR assistant for our Stuff working in the project).
Project Coordinator in Documentation service with client related to the Progress of the projects.
Flowing-up with other Departments to review the consultant and contractor’s Monthly Reports to be submitted to the client after reviewing.
Monitoring and tracking the received correspondences and action to be taken by Staff.
Coordinating between the departments with regard to subjects that need a response from more than one part.
Follow up all Issues related to the construction stage which effect in Time and Cost.
Responsible for participating in the preparation of the Monthly Report for company & submitted to the Client.
Prepare employment contracts and arrange for further formalities in this respect and Support Interviews applicants and follow up the approval’s process.
Preparing the Arabic payment related to the supervision stage for consultant.
