 Partially responsible for the administrative work for human resources and renewal residency (HR assistant for our Stuff working in the project).
 Project Coordinator in Documentation service with client related to the Progress of the projects.
 Flowing-up with other Departments to review the consultant and contractor’s Monthly Reports to be submitted to the client after reviewing.
 Monitoring and tracking the received correspondences and action to be taken by Staff.
 Coordinating between the departments with regard to subjects that need a response from more than one part.
 Follow up all Issues related to the construction stage which effect in Time and Cost.
 Responsible for participating in the preparation of the Monthly Report for company & submitted to the Client.
 Prepare employment contracts and arrange for further formalities in this respect and Support Interviews applicants and follow up the approval’s process.
 Preparing the Arabic payment related to the supervision stage for consultant.
