As part of the marketing department, main responsibilities include managing projects, defining scope, developing work plan and timeline, allocating resources to successfully develop high quality reports, presentations, graphic and web design projects based on creative brief, brand guidelines, and creative standards, within pre-set deadline and budget.
• Manage work pipeline, plan and schedule projects based on priority, required skills set, budget and deadline
• Develop relationships with clients, conduct briefing sessions and interact effectively with them to identify their needs, set and manage their expectations and propose suggestions and innovative solutions to help driving the project towards a successful outcome
• Responsible of projects sign-off, accountable for quality assurance including but not limited to proofreading, brand guidelines compliance and/or pre-production standards (pre-press, web standards) and create contingency plans when project control is in jeopardy
• Gather, manipulate, and interpret data to identify major problems, challenges, and opportunities; apply strategic thinking when presenting recommendations to higher management
• Measure team’s performance, submit evaluations, provide input in their appraisal and contribute to their development in line with the service levels
• Lead brainstorming sessions, create concepts, develop designs and data driven graphics for reports, presentations and other creative material such as posters, brochures, event deliverables, mailings, newsletters, websites and social media posts
• Maintain and update the firm’s website and microsites
• Provide branding training to staff members and coach them on specialty software as needed
