1) Analyze all project activities and develop a detailed and properly sequenced time schedule for construction projects including procurement, engineering, testing and handover stages.
2) Assign all project resources including (material, labor and cost resources)
3) Control, analyze and compare project progress with its contractual baseline schedule during project phases and report its performance to the top management and client.
4) Prepare a fully dashboard report for project current progress and present it to the top management.
5) Prepare revised and recovery plans for the project through project lifecycle

1) Prepare cost estimate for project in its different phases
2) Answer the client questions on these estimates and prepare the necessary corrections, if any, to suite client’s budget.
3) Maintain current records of rates and prices of materials, labor and equipment.
4) Check variation order requested by the contractor.
5) Check submitted time schedules and cash flow by project contractors in tender phase and evaluate them.
6) Revise and give recommendation on the submitted time schedule and cash flow of project in loan management sector.
1) Initiating projects Master Schedule (Pre-Development, Development and Construction) using Primavera Project Management (P 6.0 Rel8.4).
2) Developing detailed time schedule for several types of projects construction, infrastructure and electromechanical on primavera P6 and MS project program
3) Review time schedule submitted by contractors and assuring that it is matching with project requirements
4) Communicates target milestones for each phase based on the project plan to all relevant stakeholders.
5) Manages project planning in accordance to the overall master plan and project deliverable schedule.
6) Recommends and implements modifications to improve effectiveness and attain project milestones.
7) Ensures appropriate planning measures to reassess, renegotiate and amend scope of work responsibilities, proposals, contracts and budgets based on the project progress reports.
8) Monitors critical activities based on the project schedule and advises the Project Manager, based on regular progress reports.
9) Coordination with contractors & suppliers to monitor & control all engineering, procurement & construction issues.
10) Assign various resources on to project time schedule.
11) Prepare monthly and weekly look ahead based on progress update and project plan.
12) Preparing monthly reports based on progress updates and highlight any major issues with recommended actions also, developing recovery plans when needed.
13) Attending progress meetings to discuss all related planning status and issues.
1- Elaborating monthly targets, weekly and monthly reports of progress using (primavera P6) and Excel sheets.
2- Elaborating periodically feedback from the site for all project items.
3- Controlling and monitoring the time schedule using (primavera P6)
4- Elaborating weekly and monthly cash out financial plans .
5- Controlling and monitoring the cost plan for the project using (primavera P6)
6- Discussing with senior the applicable corrective actions for time delays and cost overruns, then apply the changes and recovery for the master baseline.
7- Control human and non labor feedback from the site for all project items.
8- establish programs on primavera for three building and make their update, targets and recovery
