- Business partnering with Hiring managers, being their go to for all recruiting related matters.
- Source and recruit candidates using a variety of outlets, “job postings, social media, career websites and job fairs events”.
- Updating candidate records in recruiting systems and confirming new hires.
- Taking a head hunting approach to recruitment to source and select top talent.
- Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
- Develop and maintain accurate recruiting data/reports.
- - Coordinating the post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials
- Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
- Participate in recruiting events such as job fairs, Campus hiring and community events.
- Exit Interviews.
• Develop, design and implement recruiting plan for assigned positions, write advertisements and job postings using: social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter…) and\or Online Careers Websites (Akhtaboot, Bayt.com), newspapers.
• Short-list to hiring managers, Schedule and organize interviews, Conduct interviews and exit interviews.
• Providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
• Coordinate background screening (e.g. convection letters, reference checks, etc…) for own shortlisted candidates.
• Negotiate the offer with the selected candidate, send the official offer and contract to him\her.
• Orients new employees by providing orientation information packets and reviewing company policies, setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
• Maintain HRIS and database, both paper-based and electronic.
• Handle employee requests regarding official HR letters.
• Employee attendance
• Participating in benefits tasks.
• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
• Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
• Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team
Education Level: Bachelor's Degree -- Jordan University -- Amman, Jordan Major: Rehabitalation Sience. GPA (3.17) Graduation year: 2010
