• Maintaning accounts payable and receivable and prepare
ageing report for both
• Making sales report and send to GM
• Recording company indirect and direct expenses
• Check record the invoices from paybles in the system
• Prapering monthly payroll from system
• Assist in preparing of balance sheet and income statement
• Reconciliation of cash issues to purchaser
• Entering the material in system that received from payables
• Depositing checks in bank received from customer and record in the system
