Executive Assistant

•Manage general office procedures - personnel, Provide general administration support to General Manager.
•Interact professionally with other employees, suppliers, and other third parties such as Al Rayan TV, Forced Army.
•Deal with incoming emails, faxes and letters.
•Manage and maintain executives' schedules.
•Review and attend meeting and ensure agenda and documents are available and record minutes and circulate it to all participants after General Manager Approval.

•Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
•Perform managerial duties in absence of manager.

Human Resource Assistant Manager

•Develops a wide variety of written materials (forms, procedures, brochures etc.) for the purpose of documenting activities, providing written reference, and/or conveying information.
•Maintains manual and electronic documents, files and records (personnel records, employee lists, etc.).
•Monitors a variety of processes (applications, eligibility, certifications etc.) for the purpose of ensuring efficient processing of applicants and employees in addressing position requirements and adhering to legal and/or administrative requirements.
•Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
•Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination.
•Oversee the evaluation, classification and rating of occupations and job positions.
