• Commissioned the plant completely with the Italian Team.
• Responsible for the complete operation and trouble shootings at the plant.
• Responsible for the safe operation of all the equipment which includes the Carbon Bed Absorbers, Nitrogen Generators, Compressed Air Generators, Air Dryers, Blowers, Chillers, Pumps, Small Boiler and Cooling Tower.
• Independently runs the night shift.
• Responsible for the safe operation of filling the tanks of the solvent and fulfill the need of Production House as per demand.
• Maintain the operational and maintenance records of the equipment installed.
• Ensure the complete the safety of the man power, material and equipment.
Handle the complete project site.
Handle the trouble shootings at the site.
Ensure the smooth flow of work without any hinderence.
Sort out the technical issues if any at the site.
Corresponds with the site supervisor, client and procurement department.
Ensure the safety of man power at the site.
• Handle the man power for smooth running & troubleshootings at plant
• Maintain the daily production target
• Well aware with the maintenance request slip & work permit procedure for any job
• Work in complete correspondence with all Departments of the plant
• Data logging of the field equipments on regularly basis
• Monitoring both Preventive and Schedule maintenance jobs
• To ensure the safety of manpower, material and equipments
