To plan, schedule and conduct the management systems audits through obtaining documents, information, observations and interviews
To deliver the trainings regarding Lean 5 S, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 17025, SA 8000 & Motivational lectures
Attending meetings with auditees to develop an understanding of business processes and their compliance
Identifying risk and opportunities related to context of the organization and interested parties
Researching and assessing how well risk management processes are working and recording the results using software such as Microsoft Word and Excel
Performing risk assessments/aspect impact assessment on key business activities and using this information to guide what to cover in audits
Agreeing recommendations with relevant staff members to make improvements to operations
Preparing reports to highlight issues and problems and distributing the reports to the relevant people for taking follow up of corrective actions
Assessing how well the organization is complying to rules and regulations and informing management whether any issues need addressing
Managing the follow ups for non-conformities raised during audits
To deal with visitors and external parties for presenting better reflection of company’s image
To handle the third party audits through effective team work
To execute, control, monitor, evaluate & establishment of different programs
• To execute the production in the halls
• To coordinate the production of different departments and the coordination between GM factory and the production incharges/supervisors
• To supervise all testing & HSE functions
• Implementation of TQM and Performance Management
• To commission the works according to the requirements specified by the key customers
• To maintain QMS Operational Work Instructions at station site
• To ensure mixing according to the designed formulations and to maintain record
• To supervise all inspection and testing activities being carried out during production
• To ensure the proper packing of the different products
• To supervise all laboratory & HSE functions
• Implementation of TQM and Solid Waste Management
• To commission the works according to the requirements specified in the pipe and fittings manufacturing standards
• To approve the daily inspection reports concerning the production quality activities
• To ensure mixing of U-PVC pipe & fittings is done as per mixing formulation and to maintain records
• To ensure that the corrective actions are properly verified and implemented
• To supervise all inspection and testing activities being carried out during production
• To maintain results of all inspection activities of production
• To plan and perform internal and external calibrations of all the inspection, measuring and test equipment
• To maintain list of calibration equipment and their calibration record
• To supervise and monitor QC Inspectors
• To guide the outside visitors related to ISO standards and quality activities
