Job Responsibilities:
 Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent salesservice
 Enters price changes by referring to price sheets and special salebulletins
 Maintained good relation to the customer and answer inquiry.
 Answering phone both incoming and outgoing calls.
 Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
 Collects payments by accepting cash, check, or charge payments from customers; making
change for cash customers.
 Balances cash drawer by counting cash at beginning and end of work shift
 Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and
regulations.
 Team up with co-workers to ensure proper service
 Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
