Job Responsibilities:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent salesservice
Enters price changes by referring to price sheets and special salebulletins
Maintained good relation to the customer and answer inquiry.
Answering phone both incoming and outgoing calls.
Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
Collects payments by accepting cash, check, or charge payments from customers; making
change for cash customers.
Balances cash drawer by counting cash at beginning and end of work shift
Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and
regulations.
Team up with co-workers to ensure proper service
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Job Responsibilities:

To document/ record information, maintain files, process all paper work, and to perform
day to day administrative tasks
To ensure events, processes and all relevant documents comply with Company procedures,
policies, regulations & standards.
To schedule and confirm appointments for the personnel of thedepartments.
To coordinate with others to receive or submit regular reports / forms intime.
Maintaining a tracking facility to enable documents to be updated easily.
Scanning the all documents and keeping the backup in the system
Responsible for maintaining hard copies as specify the location, cabinet and shelve reference
in the file index.
