• Handle all interviews procedures; i.e. screening available CVs, schedule interviews, candidates to fill applications and perform tests, interviews to be conducted as per designated panels.
• Prepare employment offer for the selected candidate.
• Direct the selected candidate to the Admin. Dept. to submit the hiring documents.
• Direct contact with the outsourcing company for handling all outsourcing employees’ related issues.
• Complete the job descriptions for all positions.
• Update and complete organization structures of all departments.
• Prepare the monthly turnover rate.
• Supervise all related tasks to employees’ medical care, i.e. getting approvals for checkups required, monthly additions and deletions, reimbursement of employees’ dues, payment of installments …. etc.
• Follow up monthly the updated list of employees enrolled in PA policy and recommended changes in coverage levels.
• Organize Trainings, Workshops and Seminars in & out the company.
• Coordinate all the project’s trainings with all departments.
• Organize regional conferences, workshops and seminars in & out the center in partnership with foreign organizations (Inwent, GIZ, ATP, JAICA and Nile Basin countries) .
• Dealing with German team leader, foreign experts and Egyptian trainees.
• Reserving transportation, hotels and flight tickets.
• Database Programmer.
• Assistant for project manager.
• Perform secretarial duties such as typing, correspondence, filing …etc.
Receive the orders for the products from the customers and perform secretarial duties such as writing the orders, correspondence, filing …etc
Handling the customers problems by phone, marketing and promote the services to the business and first class by phone
Prepare the journal, deal with the customer to receive the orders for the products and assist the company director.
Create databases for all departments of the institute by Access program
