Key Job responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for client account management matters
- Develop 360 Marketing Campaigns ( work on full presentation for the same with clear objectives and target audience of each campaign)
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly campaigns.
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. Google Analytics, Social Baker, etc..)
- Prepare reports on account status
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Advise client over campaigns’ digital strategies.
- Write the English and Arabic content of a campaign (slogan, social media content, video scripts, VO ..)
Handling different clients, such as Ford, Samsung AlAndalous, Commecrial Bank of Kuwait (CBK), Americana, Al Hedi clinic.
Key Job responsibilities:
Meet with clients to discuss goals, objectives, and needs.
Identify public relations requirements and possible audiences.
Present campaign ideas to client and implement it .
Brief media, creative, supplier ..
Formulate marketing strategies.
Handle budgets and manage campaign costs.
