Reviewing and assessing vision, mission and values of the Business Units (BUs) managed by the group; developing portfolio and determining brand positioning and corporate identity of each
Defining branding guidelines elements in line with corporate identity
Acting as custodian of branding guidelines and verbal identity of RGH and BUs
Managing the relationship with Brand agencies, PR agencies, copywriters & other suppliers to develop creative material and branding collaterals (CI, brochures, websites, newsletters, internal com events, CSR activities, exhibitions…etc.)
Supervising the Marcom department team of 3 people
Defining brand strategy & plans, deploying & cascading down in order to ensure building and sustaining a solid corporate brand
Coordinating with BU Heads and Directors of Departments for scope of work, approvals, budgets and calendar of activities
Managing the account handlers’ team responsible of the following portfolio: Byblos Bank, Hotel le Bristol, Radio One, Fattal Alcoholic brands (Bacardi, Martini, Grey Goose, William Lawson’s…), Libano-Suisse, Doculand, Burger King, Dairy Khoury, Le Gabarit and Probono work for a list of NGO’s.

Participating in new business pitches for Al Sultan group, Solidere, Ambassador Coffee, Averda, Banque Populaire Morocco…
Planned and implemented below the line activities for Procter & Gamble Brands such as Always, Pantene, Head & Shoulders, Pert Plus, Ariel, Pringles, as well as handled the communication plans for Jovan Musk, Chanel, Rimmel, Byblos Bank, Adir Insurance, and Coca-Cola.
Launched the innovative Pantene Mobile Beauty Clinic and developed all the promotional material related to this activity.
Developed the Pringles Euro 2000 promotion
Conducted many consumers’ promotions including the Pert Plus Music promotion, Pantene on-pack offers, Pampers POP promotion in Syria…
Involved in selecting and training promotion team for various activities, such as Always on-going in-store program.
Supervised the development of breakthrough merchandising stands and POSM for the Levant.
Ongoing reporting of activities such as competitive and sales analysis.
