Creating different client databases for the academy, based on market research, and supported by LinkedIn connections for the provided contacts
Participating in the team strategic meetings, and preparing comprehensive meeting minutes for the whole team accordingly
Marketing for Resilience& Academy's upcoming events on social media
Preparing proposals' support documents, formatted as per a provided document structure
Creating an outline for a 5 hour training program, customized as per the client's needs
Creating contacts' databases for Kuwait hotels, and for international book publishers in US & Europe
Contacting all hotels in Kuwait requesting quotations for training events, and preparing summarized comparison sheets accordingly. This included lots of E-mail and phone communication

Provided development and technical help to fix issues reported by clients who have recently introduced Microsoft Education Solutions in automation of their teaching, learning, and administration processes. • Led my team in SLK (SharePoint Learning Kit) Release 1.4 Project at ITWorx: a project required by Microsoft to fix critical issues in SLK, an open source e-learning tool, and to extend its functionality to support non e-learning content. In addition to being considered as SLK specialist at ITWorx in order to do different SLK customizations for ITWorx internal and external projects. • Participated in Mohamed Bin Rashid Foundation - Bait Alhikma Project: a project concerned of creating a platform as a base for researches, scholarships and development communities in the Arab world. Worked on development, some modules’ integration, and Microsoft Community Server localization. • Worked on customizing MLG (Microsoft Learning gateway) 2007 for Essex Schools Deployment Project at ITWorx.
