architecture aligns with SASCO’s technical, security and business environment and objectives

- Contribute to the definition and testing of capacity management and disaster recovery plans
related to SASCO’s databases
- Contribute to the definition of a security strategy, standards and processes for how the ERP
system and enterprise databases must be designed, built and integrated within the enterprise to
deliver hardened security solutions
- Direct and control the delivery of ongoing day-to-day business critical live services to ensure
optimal reliability, availability and performance of the technology platforms
- Supervise the design, development and maintenance of all databases within SASCO
- Supervise the development of an ERP road-map to guide end users
- Manage the performance of the ERP Specialists and Database Administrators, and assume
responsibility of their development, includes performance review and development plans
- Providing end user support for any technical or functional issue arises during the
operation.
- Determining issue on technical and functional aspect; providing/delivering proper
procedure in rectifying errors to the end users.
- Providing security roles based on the required JD or approved roles. Ensuring that end
user get the privileges required.

Responsible in the overall technical operation in IT Computer System (hardware & software). Maintaining Server operations such as domain control system, database management and network system (Internet, LAN and WAN).
